New Sermon Series: Better Prayers

Prayer is undoubtedly a good and holy thing, but some prayers are better than others.  “Pray then in this way,” Jesus told the disciples, teaching them how to open their hearts to God’s grace, telling them who and what to pray for, showing them both what to do, and what not to do.  On August 9 we will begin a new sermon series as we look more closely at Christ’s teaching on prayer in hopes that we, too, can learn to pray in the way of Jesus.
