It's also a powerful remedy to relieve stress, supercharge learning, and it connects us to others and the world around us. Play can make our lives and our faith more productive. Play is powerful medicine for those who have lost their spirit. It allows us to see through a new perspective and to express ourselves in another way that can be deeply healing. Play is POWERFUL!
